We have partnered with Star Track to bring you the most reliable and trust worthy delivery partner in Australia.
We now offer OVERNIGHT* delivery standard on all orders with return Express Post labels included.

Our cutoff times for delivery are 12pm every week day.
Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders just as a precautionary. 
*WA (inc Perth), NT and some rural locations require 2 days for delivery.
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our full set of hire terms and conditions. If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following conditions:     
You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies: For cancellations up to seven business days in advance of the selected delivery date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full store credit for the Rental Fee associated with the cancelled order.  
If your order has been cancelled within 7 days of your delivery date, you will still be entilted to a credit note (minus $25 booking fee). If your order has already been despatched, you will be entitled to a credit note (minus $25 booking fee + postage fee) as long as your item is returned within 24 hours of being received. This credit can be applied to any future rental placed within six months of the cancellation date. All cancellations will be given a store credit to be used with a six month expiry. Please note we do not refund cancellations.

If it doesn't fit/isn't right for you for any reason please email us at or lodge your return via our Returns Portal within 24 hours.  

 We require that the dress is unworn and in the same condition sent to you and returned to a post office box within 24 hours of being received. We will issue a credit note for the garment minus booking fee and shipping costs.
